Our professional power brooms lift flattened turf blades and deep-clean the fibers, restoring the natural look and feel of your lawn.
Infills Replenishment
After deep cleaning, we rebalance and replenish the turf using three specialized infills: pet deodorizing infill to absorb future odors, cooling technology infill to help lower surface temperatures, and drainage-enhancing infill to allow fast urine runoff and avoid puddling.
Preventative Treatments
Once the turf is clean, we apply a full range of protective sprays to extend the life of your turf and keep it healthy: black mold, mildew, and fungus prevention, anti-parasitic treatment (guards against diseases like parvo, distemper, giardia, salmonella, and E. coli), UV protection to shield against sun damage, athlete's foot and ringworm prevention, dewormer application for added pet protection, and pheromone removal to deter stray cats, coyotes, snakes, and other wildlife from entering your yard.
